1. Who we are

Data controller and scope

result.productions is a web platform for clients, learning and video production projects, internal CRM workflows, public web applications and service pages. The platform is associated with the VideoNova™ brand and is operated by FOP “Trushyn S.O.”.

This Policy applies to the result.productions website, client dashboard, login pages, tools, contact forms, Google and Meta login features, and data that users submit while using the platform.

If the platform links to third-party websites or services, their data processing is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control their content, security settings or use of cookies.

2. What data we may collect

The data depends on how you use the platform

  • Account and contact data: first and last name, company or project name, email address, phone number, user role, interface language and access status.
  • Authentication data: technical account identifier, email address, name, avatar or other basic profile data provided by Google or Meta during login, if you choose that login method.
  • Project data: files, comments, tasks, messages, deadlines, materials, statuses and action history within the client dashboard or CRM features.
  • Form and communication data: messages, requests, email replies, technical support requests, documents or other information you voluntarily send to us.
  • Technical data: IP address, request date and time, browser type, operating system, pages opened, errors, security logs and other service records.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for login and security, language preferences, technical cookies and analytics cookies where they are enabled on a specific page.
  • Payment and accounting data may be processed only where needed for contracts, invoices, acts of acceptance, payments or legal compliance. We do not store full payment card details if payment is processed through an external payment provider.
3. Why we use data

Data is used for platform operation, security and communication

  • Creating, verifying and administering user accounts.
  • Providing access to the client dashboard, learning materials, files, tasks, projects and public web tools.
  • Authenticating users via email/password, Google Login or Meta Login.
  • Processing files, comments, messages, deadlines and technical actions within your projects.
  • Communicating about the service, support, project updates, security, legal or organisational matters.
  • Protecting against unauthorised access, fraud, spam, technical errors and abuse.
  • Performing contracts and complying with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
  • Improving platform stability, speed, UX and content based on technical and anonymised statistics.
4. Google and Meta Login

We request only the permissions needed for a specific feature

If you sign in to result.productions with Google or Meta, we may receive basic profile data needed to create or access your account: your unique user ID with the relevant provider, name, email address, avatar and confirmation of successful authentication. We do not receive your Google or Meta password.

If a separate platform feature requires access to additional Google or Meta data, that access will be requested separately through the consent screen of the relevant provider. We do not request permissions “just in case” and do not use data outside a feature that is clear to the user.

  • Google and Meta data is not sold, transferred to advertising networks or used for personalised advertising.
  • Google and Meta data is not used for credit-worthiness decisions, resale, data brokerage databases or hidden profiling.
  • Google and Meta data is not used to train general AI/ML models. If an AI feature is ever added, its use will be described separately and will operate only within a user-facing feature that is clear to the user.
  • Access tokens, where technically required, are stored securely, are not transmitted in plaintext and are deleted or revoked when no longer needed.
Google API Limited Use. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Who data may be shared with

We do not sell personal data

Personal data may be shared only where needed to operate the platform, perform a contract, maintain security or comply with the law. We may use hosting providers, email services, authentication providers, technical contractors, accounting or legal advisers — only to the extent necessary for the relevant task.

  • Google and Meta process data as independent authentication providers according to their own policies.
  • Technical contractors may access only the data needed for support, security or development.
  • Data may be disclosed to public authorities or courts only where required by law.
  • Anonymised statistics may be used to analyse platform operation without identifying a specific user.
6. Cookies

Cookies are needed for login, security and stable operation

result.productions may use essential cookies for user sessions, CSRF protection, interface language, preferences and correct form operation. Without some of these cookies, login to the dashboard or certain features may not work correctly.

Additional analytics or marketing cookies are used only where they are actually enabled on a specific page and permitted by law. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect how the platform works.

7. Retention period

We keep data no longer than necessary

Account and project data is stored while you use the platform or while the relevant contract is being performed. Technical logs may be retained for a limited period for security, diagnostics and incident investigation. Accounting and legally significant documents are retained for the periods required by law.

After account deletion or completion of a deletion request, we delete or anonymise personal data except where temporary retention is required for lawful, contractual, tax, accounting or security purposes.

8. Your rights

You can control your personal data

  • Request confirmation of whether we process your personal data.
  • Receive a copy of personal data relating to you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Ask us to delete your account or specific personal data.
  • Restrict or object to certain types of processing where provided by law.
  • Withdraw consent where processing was based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
9. How to request data deletion

Instructions for Google and Meta users

To request deletion of your personal data from result.productions, send an email to info@result.productions with the subject “Data deletion”. In the email, specify the email address of your account and, where possible, your login method: Google, Meta or email/password.

  • We may ask you to confirm that the request is sent by the account owner.
  • After verification, we will delete or anonymise data that does not need to be retained by law or to protect legitimate interests.
  • The typical response period is up to 30 calendar days unless the law or complexity of the request requires another period.
  • You can also revoke result.productions access in your Google Account settings or Meta Apps and Websites settings. This stops future access, but to delete data already stored by us, it is still best to send us a deletion request.
10. Security

We use technical and organisational security measures

  • Data is transmitted between the browser and result.productions over HTTPS.
  • Access to administrative and client areas is limited by authentication and user roles.
  • Passwords are stored as hashes, not as plain text.
  • Technical logs are used for diagnostics, security control and incident investigation.
  • Contractor or staff access to personal data is limited to what is necessary for their work.

No transmission of data over the Internet is absolutely secure. However, we take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

11. International processing

Some providers may process data outside Ukraine

Authentication services, hosting, email and other technical providers may process data in different jurisdictions. In such cases, we use providers that declare appropriate security measures and process data under their own policies and applicable law.

12. Children’s data

The platform is not directed to children under 13

result.productions is not directed to children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian, contact us at info@result.productions, and we will review and delete such data where required.

13. Changes to this Policy

The current version is always published on this page

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, law or authentication provider requirements. The updated version becomes effective when published on result.productions unless stated otherwise.
