Terms of Service for result.productions

result.productions operates under the VideoNova™ brand

The result.productions platform, client dashboards, public web applications and related service pages are provided under the VideoNova™ brand and administered by FOP “Trushyn S.O.”.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” or “platform” means result.productions / VideoNova™ / FOP “Trushyn S.O.”. “User” means any person who opens the website, creates an account, signs in with Google or Meta, uses the client dashboard, uploads materials or interacts with public tools on the platform.

Website, dashboard, tools and workflows

• Public pages of result.productions, including service descriptions, case studies, forms and public web applications.
• The client dashboard, CRM features, learning or video production projects, tasks, files, comments, statuses and notifications.
• Authentication through email/password, Google Login, Meta Login or other login methods that may be added to the platform.
• Communication about requests, technical support, development, video production, learning materials, invoices and contractual matters.

Using the platform means accepting these rules

By opening the website, creating an account, signing in with Google or Meta, using the client dashboard, submitting a form or uploading materials, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them.

If you act on behalf of a company, customer, team or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and to provide materials for the relevant project.

Access must belong to a real user or an authorised representative

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address, name, contacts, company, role and other information you provide to the platform.
• You must not share your login credentials with unauthorised persons and should notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
• When you sign in with Google or Meta, we do not receive your password from that provider. Authentication is performed through the provider’s identity confirmation mechanism.
• We may limit, suspend or cancel access if we detect signs of compromise, abuse, breach of these Terms, unlawful activity or risk to the platform or other users.

The platform is intended for real operational tasks

You may use result.productions to view information, work in the client dashboard, upload materials, participate in projects, access public web applications, communicate with the VideoNova™ team and perform agreed work or learning workflows.

Any use must be lawful, fair, technically safe and consistent with these Terms, separate agreements, the rules of relevant Google / Meta services and applicable law.

Do not harm the platform, data or other users

• Attempting to access another account, closed projects, files, administrative areas or technical infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, unsafe scripts or materials that violate the law or third-party rights.
• Automated data collection, scraping, mass requests, intentional server overload or bypassing technical restrictions.
• Impersonating another person, misrepresenting a company, falsifying contact details or using someone else’s credentials.
• Using the platform for spam, fraud, unlawful advertising, copyright infringement, trade secret violations or misuse of other people’s personal data.

Your materials remain yours or your customer’s

Files, texts, videos, images, documents, comments, briefs, brand materials and other content that you provide within a project remain the property of the relevant rights holder.

• By providing materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and provide them to us for processing within the relevant project.
• You grant us a limited permission to store, open, copy, convert, process, share with the project team and use those materials to the extent needed to provide the service or perform the contract.
• We may create technical copies, backups, previews, thumbnails, service logs or file versions where needed for stable platform operation.
• You must not provide materials that unlawfully disclose personal data, confidential information, trade secrets or third-party rights.

Google, Meta and other providers operate under their own rules

The platform may use Google Login, Meta Login, email services, hosting, analytics, payment or other technical providers. Their operation is governed by their own terms, privacy policies and access settings.

If you revoke result.productions access in Google or Meta settings, future access through that provider may stop. To delete data already stored on the platform, use the instructions on the User Data Deletion page.

A separate agreement controls a specific paid project

If services by VideoNova™ / FOP “Trushyn S.O.” are provided under a separate agreement, invoice, act of acceptance, statement of work or commercial proposal, those documents define the specific scope, deadlines, payment, acceptance, liability and special conditions of the project.

These Terms do not cancel or replace written or electronically agreed commercial arrangements. If these Terms conflict with a contract regarding a specific paid project, the contract or other specially agreed document prevails.

Code, design and brand assets belong to us or are used lawfully

The names VideoNova™, result.productions, interface design, page structure, software code, service-page texts, public web applications, CRM logic and other platform elements are protected by intellectual property law, except for user materials or third-party components that have their own licences. Copying, resale, decompilation, reproduction or creating a derivative service without permission is prohibited.

Personal data processing is described in a separate Policy

What personal data we collect, how we use Google / Meta Login data, who data may be shared with, how we protect it, and how a user can request access, correction or deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

We maintain the service, but absolute uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed

The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of updates, maintenance, errors, hosting provider actions, network failures, cyber incidents or circumstances we cannot fully control. We may change, update, limit or discontinue specific features where needed for security, stability, service development or legal compliance.

Liability is limited by law and specific agreements

The platform is provided for workflows, communication, material transfer and access to services. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user data, unlawfully provided materials, third-party rights violations, account access loss caused by user actions, or third-party services outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, reputational damage, loss of expected benefit or consequences of using the platform contrary to these Terms. For paid projects, special liability rules may be defined by contract.

Access may be closed after rule breaches or completion of cooperation

• A user may contact us to close an account or delete personal data.
• We may suspend access if a user breaches these Terms, the law, security rules, a contract or other people’s rights.
• After a project ends, some project materials may remain available for an agreed or technically necessary period.
• Data that must be retained for tax, accounting, legal, security or contractual purposes may be kept even after an account is closed.

The main governing law is the law of Ukraine

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless a separate agreement or mandatory rules of applicable law state otherwise. Disputes are first handled through negotiation and, if this is not possible, by a competent court or authority according to the law.

The current version is published on this page

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, law, Google / Meta integrations, commercial processes or security requirements. A new version becomes effective when published on result.productions unless it states otherwise.
