User Data Deletion for result.productions
This page explains how a result.productions user can request deletion of their account, personal data, Google / Meta Login data and related technical records stored on the VideoNova™ platform.

This is a public instruction for Google, Meta and email/password users
result.productions may allow sign-in through email/password, Google Login or Meta Login. If you no longer want your personal data to be stored on the platform, you can request deletion by following the procedure below.
These instructions apply to data stored by result.productions / VideoNova™ / FOP “Trushyn S.O.”. Revoking access in Google or Meta stops future access through that provider, but it may not automatically delete data that was already stored on our platform.
We delete or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed
- Account data: name, email, avatar, role, interface language, access status and related identifiers.
- Authentication data: Google ID, Meta/Facebook ID, technical login markers, access tokens where they were stored and are no longer needed.
- Contact details that the user provided through the dashboard, a form or communication with us.
- Personal messages, support requests, parts of technical records and logs where they are not required for security or legal reasons.
- Personal data in project materials where it can be separated from contractual, accounting, production or archive documentation.
The easiest way is to email info@result.productions
Send an email to info@result.productions with the subject Data deletion.
Please include:
- the email address of your result.productions account;
- your name or company name, if used in the dashboard;
- your login method: Google, Meta/Facebook or email/password;
- what exactly you want deleted: the entire account, Google / Meta login data, specific contacts or specific personal data;
- additional information that helps us find your record if the dashboard email is different from the email you are writing from.
Revoke access in Google and send us a deletion request
You can manage result.productions access in your Google Account settings under third-party apps and connections. Revoking access stops future authentication or access through Google where it was granted.
To delete data that may already have been stored on result.productions, send a request to info@result.productions. We will delete or anonymise the Google ID, email, name, avatar, access tokens and other related data unless there is a lawful reason to temporarily retain them.

You can remove or revoke result.productions access in Meta/Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. This stops future access through Meta where it was granted.
To delete data that may already have been stored on result.productions, send a request to info@result.productions. Include your account email and state that the request concerns Meta/Facebook Login.
If Meta sends us a deletion request through a Data Deletion Callback, we process it under the same procedure: identify the user, delete or anonymise related data, and provide confirmation or status where technically required by the integration.
We need to make sure the request comes from the account owner
To avoid deleting data at the request of an unauthorised person, we may ask you to confirm control of the email address listed in your account or provide additional information that helps us safely identify the record.
If the request concerns a company or project account with multiple participants, we may verify your role, your right to represent the company or your right to delete specific project materials.
We review the request, delete data and notify you about the result
- We confirm receipt or ask for clarification if we cannot find the account.
- After verification, we delete or anonymise data in active systems unless there is a lawful reason to retain it longer.
- We revoke or delete related Google / Meta access tokens if they were stored on the platform.
- Project records that must remain for work history may be anonymised instead of fully deleted.
- Backups are cleared or overwritten within the normal backup cycle where immediate deletion from backups is technically impossible.
We usually respond within 30 calendar days
The typical processing time is up to 30 calendar days after we receive enough information to identify the account. If the request is complex, concerns a large project, legal documents or requires additional verification, the time may be extended where permitted by law. In that case, we will notify you.
Not all data can be deleted immediately
We may temporarily retain some data where needed for:
- tax, accounting or legal record keeping;
- contract performance, work confirmation or protection of legitimate interests;
- investigation of a security incident, fraud, spam or unauthorised access;
- resolving disputes, claims or requests from public authorities;
- protecting the rights of other users or customers where project materials do not belong only to you.
In such cases, we limit access to the data, keep only the necessary minimum, and delete or anonymise it when the reason for retention no longer applies.
